Training & Recovery

Consistency
is the only thing
that compounds.

asambl's Health & Wellness module helps you build and keep a training rhythm that survives the week you actually have.

Three sessions a week, planned around real time and real energy. Reviews built into the loop so each week learns from the last. Lives inside your wider plan, not in a workout-tracker silo.

One small change

Hold the same split. Loads stay where they are. Consider a fourth session next week if Tuesday lands lighter.

02·The consistency restart

Training plans don't fail
for lack of effort.

They fail because the rhythm never holds long enough to compound.

You can train hard for two weeks and then disappear for two months. Then come back, push hard for two more weeks, and disappear again. The work is real, but it never stacks. Most training apps reward intensity. asambl rewards the part that actually compounds: showing up, week after week, in a way that fits the life you actually have.

Effort without rhythm

IDEALbreakbreak

Two weeks on, two weeks off. The work is real but the rhythm never holds long enough to compound.

03·What it is

asambl's training layer.

It plans the training week as part of your wider week, not in its own app.

Three sessions across the week, sequenced to your real life. Reviews built into the loop. The plan that survives travel, tired weeks, and the rest of the work you have to do.

i

Three sessions a week, planned around real time and energy

Push, Pull, Legs (or whatever split you train) sequenced to your actual calendar. Not an idealised programme; the week you can actually run.

ii

Reviews built into the loop

Each new week reads what actually happened. Missed sessions and tired weeks shape the next plan instead of breaking it.

iii

Lives inside your wider plan, not in a silo

Training fits with work, ship blocks, recovery, travel. It doesn't pretend the rest of your life isn't happening.

04·A real training week

This is what the module
actually produces.

A full plan for the week ahead. Three sessions, intensity notes, and what's adjusted from last week.

  • Leg press · 3 × 10–12
  • Leg curl · 3 × 10–12

What's adjusted from last week

  • Reduced loads 10–15% (return week)
  • Added pre-session warm-up
  • Skip the fourth session this week

This is the kind of artifact the Health & Wellness module produces.
Don't chase numbers. Rebuild the rhythm.

05·Context, not surveillance

What asambl knows
when it drafts your week.

A richer picture than a workout-tracker has access to.

It knows what you did last week. It knows whether you're in a builder phase or returning from a break. It knows the energy you're carrying into Tuesday. It uses that picture to draft a plan that actually fits.

  • Your available time blocks across the week
  • Last week's sessions and how they felt
  • Recovery markers (sleep, soreness, energy)
  • Your current training goal or phase
  • Constraints (travel, deload, busy stretch)

06·Built for

People who train seriously and watch their consistency disappear under the rest of life.

Returning from a break. Tired of starting over. Want training to fit alongside the work, the relationships, and the rest of the week, not compete with them.

Not a workout-logging app. Not a coached video library. Not a competition tracker. asambl helps you keep the rhythm, not chase the numbers.

07·Part of the wider plan

Your training week
feeds the Weekly Planner.

The Weekly Planner reads your training plan and weaves it into the week alongside everything else.

Three sessions become three time blocks in your calendar, color-coded green, sequenced around work, travel, and the rest of your life.

08·Common questions

About Health & Wellness.

01

Is this a workout logging app?

No. Logging is fine but it isn't the point. asambl helps you plan a training week that fits your actual life and review what happened, so each week learns from the last.

02

What if I miss a session or have a bad week?

That's part of the loop. Next week's plan reads what happened (what got done, what didn't, what shifted) and drafts the next week from there. No fresh starts.

03

Do I need to be an advanced lifter?

No. It's for anyone who already takes training seriously and wants to keep doing it through the messy weeks, not just the perfect ones.

09·Ready when you are

Through the messy weeks too.
